There are so many FPS configs out there... you really just have to find what fits you best... some configs remove textures alltogether, some aren't legal in leagues... so just find what you want. I never tried this one... but with my system I don't really need to tweak too much...

Yeah, same here. That config is complete crap to be honest. All it does is make the resolution 640x480 60Hz, makes the details fade unless your like RIGHT UP TO THEM, and disables stuff like specular lighting, smooth shadows and most of the blood.
Edit: Not to mention it puts your DirectX level to 6, which is almost like playing a game like GTA II (the 2D one).
