- Answer:Open steam, in the Games window go to File > Change User. Log out and sign in again. Problem should be solved.

- Answer:Right click on Steam and then "Games" -> Then right-click on Counter-Strike:Source and then left click on "Properties" then click "Set Launch Options" Then a menu thingy will popup and then type in there "-console" Now everytime you open CS:S you get the console popped out
